UPC Renewables is an organization that aims to deliver meaningful projects that have positive environmental, social, and economic impacts. The wind farms help to produce clean energy, significantly reduce emissions, and the project designs provide employment opportunities for local communities. One of such projects is the Lac Hoa wind farm project, which aims to facilitate access to clean energy in Vietnam using carbon finance.
The Lac Hoa Wind Farm (GS-11350) is now progressing towards the validation phase as a Gold Standard certified carbon project in Vietnam. We are reaching out to all relevant stakeholders to take their feedback/advice about the project and together, make a successful project which improves the lives of those in the vicinity of the project.
